NJ DSA Bylaws (Amended)
Convention Results

The final ratification package for a statewide merger will include the Bylaws as amended and any passed proposals at the next chapter meetings for North, Central, and South Jersey DSA. If you have questions please talk to your local leadership!

Convention

Off the heels of Uncommitted NJ, the three New Jersey chapters of the Democratic Socialists of America: North Jersey, Central Jersey, and South Jersey, along with our two Young Democratic Socialists of America chapters in Princeton and Rowan, will be meeting on May 3rd to discuss a potential statewide merger, political discussion, and planning for future campaigns.

Our political terrain seems bleaker by the day. The second Trump Administration is rapidly destroying the Administrative State in any way they can: destroying labor protections and packing the NLRB with anti-worker hacks, defunding and firing personnel from the few pieces of social services we have in this country, and increasing the cost of living at anywhere you turn. All of this will will be felt by the working class for generations, with little to no organized opposition by the feckless Democratic Party who is more willing to placate to their donors and act as class traitors than actually fight the Republican party.

Rather than give in to fear, DSA continues to fight and lead where liberals have instead decided to punch left or hide. Join us on May 3rd to build socialism in the Garden State.
